At Something Pretty, we are committed to delivering your favorite anti-tarnish jewellery as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Dispatch Timeline: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 WORKING hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) after the order is placed.

  • Notification: As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a confirmation via Email.

  • Delays: In rare cases of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, if there is a delay in dispatching your order, we will proactively inform you via Email or SMS/WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer different shipping options based on your preferred mode of payment:

  • Prepaid Orders (Online Payment): Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders across India. There are no hidden costs.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, a flat shipping & convenience fee of ₹80 will be applicable. This charge will be added to your total bill at the checkout page.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched from our facility, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to weather, strikes, or local restrictions.

4. Order Tracking

We believe in keeping you updated at every step:

  • Once your order is shipped, a Tracking ID and a link to track your package will be sent to your registered Email address.

  • You can use this ID on our courier partner's website to see the real-time status of your delivery.
