Refund policy
At Something Pretty, we strive to ensure that every piecce of anti-tarnish jewellery you receive is perfect. However, we understand that issues can occasionally occur during transit.
Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth return and refund process.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We only accept return or exchange requests under the following two conditions:
- Damaged Product: If the item arrived broken or damaged during transit.
- Wrong Product: If you received an item different from the design or size you ordered.
2. THE 2-DAY RETURN WINDOW
- You must initiate a return request within 2 WORKING days (48 hours) of receiving your order.
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will unfortunately not be entertained.
3. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO
To protect our brand and ensure genuine claims, a clear, unedited unboxing video is MANDATORY.
- The video must start from showing the unopened courier seal/label.
- The video must be continuous (no cuts/edits) showing the process of opening the package and revealing the damage or the wrong product.
- Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return or refund.
4. PRODUCT CONDITION
- The item must be in its original condition—exactly as it was delivered to you.
- It must be unworn, unused, and include all original packaging, tags, and inserts (thank you cards, pouches, etc.).
- Items showing signs of wear or perfume scents will be rejected during the Quality Check (QC).
5. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
We have made the process simple through our automated system:
- Fill the Form: Click Here
- Upload Details: Enter your Order ID and Phone Number/Email.
- Attach Evidence: Upload the Unboxing Video and 2-3 clear photos of the damage/wrong product.
- Approval: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours. Once approved, we will initiate the reverse pickup.
6. REFUND PROCESS
Once your returned item reaches our warehouse and passes the Quality Check (QC), we will initiate your refund.
- Mode of Refund: Refunds will be processed directly to your Bank Account or UPI ID.
- Details Required: Our team will reach out to you via Email/WhatsApp to securely collect your bank/UPI details once the return is approved.
- Timeline: After approval, the refund usually reflects in your account within 5–7 working days.
- Non-Refundable: Please note that initial shipping charges and COD convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable.
